UBS takes 4.8% stake in Indian wealth partner 360 ONE
The Swiss bank becomes a shareholder in the Indian wealth manager that acquired its onshore wealth business, marking a further step in the two firms' strategic partnership.
UBS has acquired an approximately 4.8% stake in Indian wealth and asset manager 360 ONE WAM by converting warrants issued under a strategic partnership that included the transfer of its Indian onshore wealth business.
